it's mitt romney at 44%, president obama at 49%. and if you look specifically at women, president obama holds a lead there, with registered female voters, 51%, to 43%. that tightens up a little bit, though, when you look at likely female voters, 52% to 41%. none of those numbers, though, should make anybody on either side particularly comfortable. how worried are you when you look at those polls, 47% to 47%? >> well, you're right, soledad. i mean the polls are showing this is an extremely close race. i think everybody expected this race to tighten up as we got toward the finish line. i do think if you look at the battleground state polls, which will determine the election, the president still has a lead in places like ohio. but, nobody should be taking anything for granted, and the president certainly is not taking anything for granted. turnout is essential. as is that battle for the dwindling number of undecided voters. >> let's talk about endorsements. i'm going to read some of the ones that have now endorsed mitt romney. this one
